An American manufacturer of snowmobiles, ATV and other electric vehicles, Polaris Industries PII , has announced completion of their on-millionth total production vehicle of the RANGER produced in the Huntsville, AL manufacturing facility.

To celebrate this accomplishment, Polaris PII  is starting to search for the “RANGER Country USA” with Jake Owen, country music star. The nationwide campaign will be honoring the communities that have helped reached the one-millionth production of the RANGER vehicle built over the last two decades. The RANGER vehicle has become the best-selling utility side-by-side for nine years in a row.

Polaris PII  is asking its customers and fans around the nation to visit their website and vote for the town they believe is worth the title of “RANGER Country USA”. The five towns selected to be voted in the poll are: Corning, AR; Darlington, WI; Pinedale, WY; Spring Creek, NV; and Stephenville, TX. These towns were selected and rewarded for their hard-working values and representing the ranger Country lifestyle.

Chief Marketing Officer of Polaris, Craig Scanlon said, “We take great pride in manufacturing hard-working products, for hard-working Americans. As we celebrate the one-millionth RANGER milestone, these are the people that deserve to be recognized, because without them, there’s no way this achievement would be possible.”

Polaris PII  will reward the winning town a “RANGER Country USA” naming celebration hosted by Polaris and top management. Also, everyone who enters a vote in the campaign will be automatically entered for a chance to win an all new 2018 Polaris RANGER XP 1000.

Polaris RANGER vehicles has consistently set a high standard for utility side-by-side vehicles with its industry-leading abilities and features since 1998. Jake Owen commented, “I’ve been fortunate enough to tour the nation, meeting the hard-working Americans that make up these small towns. Coming from a small town myself, these are my people, and to be a part of an initiative recognizing them is incredible.”
